The technical report provides proposed mapping rules between the European CDDA data set and INSPIRE Protected sites. It includes detailed explanation and reasons for the proposed mapping between the source data model (CDDA) and target data model (INSPIRE Protected sites Simple application schema), such as: mapping of attributes, data types, formats, code lists and values. It explains the proposal for the extension how to include the information on national designations used in CDDA. It describes the issues identified during the mapping process and provides an overview of all UML diagrams used with the INSPIRE Protected sites application schema. The report has been gradually updated during the project development.
