News Ireland completes public consultation on National Adaptation Framework

Ireland has completed a public consultation on a draft National Adaptation Framework prior to its submission to Government for approval before end 2017. The final Framework will establish the national strategy for the application of adaptation measures in a number of key sectors and by local authorities in order to reduce Ireland’s vulnerability to the negative effects of climate change and to avail of any positive effects that may occur.
