Somewhere the link between the assignment of heavily modified water bodies and hydromorphological pressures should be explained. Do all HMWBs have hymo pressures, and these are what makes them HMWBs? Or do they have hymo pressures only when these are in addition to the hymo pressures that makes them HMWBs, i.e. the latter are implicit in their status as HMWBs? Or maybe this is not clear - then this should be stated
