The occurrence of additional “envelopes” that remain draft following completion of the reporting of all RBDs by Member States was raised by Peter Kristensen (EEA), who stated that there is a need for Member States to clean-up those additional folders not meant for reporting. A dashboard was displayed that has been developed to keep track of all the folders uploaded to the Common Data Repository (CDR) under the different data flows. The dashboard is used by EEA as insurance that there is feedback. It is also a way of monitoring the occurrence of additional “working” folders requiring deletion from the CDR following finalisation of reporting. This was reiterated by Fernanda Néry (EEA) as it should not be EEA or consultant that cleans them up. It was also stated that if test envelopes are required then these should be created in the CDR Sandbox.
