Overview of table of contents and indicators in report

Following the previous editions, this 2014 edition of "Key Figures on Climate France and Worldwide" has to be seen in the context of the 19th Conference Of Parties on Climate Change (COP19) in Varshaw on 11-22 november 2013. The version has been revised compared to the 2013 edition. In particular, the data and figures from the 5th IPCC report, volume 1 (september 2013) have been used in replacement of those from 2007. In addition, two pages depicting the "footprint" and "territorial" approaches of GHG emissions have been included. This publication, by its structure and the choice of issues, aims to inform an audience as large as possible on the consequences, mechanisms, causes and effects of climate change as well as on international policies implemented to mitigate it.
